Delivery Information.

Lockers & Storage Products

Delivery is free on most of our products if you are within the UK mainland on a non-time specified basis. For locations outside of the UK Mainland please call and we can advise if delivery is possible.

Residential Deliveries

We are unable to accept orders where delivery is requested to a residential address.

Deliveries to Ireland

We do deliver to Ireland but it is chargeable. Please call before placing an order online if your order delivery address is in Ireland as there are additional delivery charges based on the order value and your location. Please call and we can advise on the costs.

Additional delivery Charges can be paid through the website HERE or you can call and we can take payment if you have already placed your order.

Whilst some of our products are stocked and ready to deliver, most are manufactured to order here in the UK to fulfil you order. Please check the approx delivery times below or call us and we will be happy to advise how long delivery will be for your specific products.

We try to provide delivery free of charge for UK mainland deliveries and we can do this by delivering to you on an non time specified delivery schedule. This means that we will advise you of your delivery on a week ending basis only and your order will be delivered during that week.

Delivery will be to the designated delivery address roadside/kerbside or loading bay area only. Our delivery service does not include transporting the ordered items into your premises.

Please note that we cannot provide a specific date or time for deliveries and we will not be able to leave products if there is no one to accept delivery without prior agreement and following instruction from the customer. In these instances we cannot accept responsibility for any items left.

Should we need to re-deliver due to there being no one to accept the original delivery there will be a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charges are 10% of order value with a minimum of £50.00 (per re-delivery)

All prices include delivery within the UK Mainland unless otherwise stated. Other destinations available at extra cost.    

Express Delivery Products

All products designated as Express delivery items and may have delivery terms different to the above. Please see the detailed description for each product you are purchasing or call us for a price. 

Shelving Products

All shelving roduct prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland England & Wales. Delivery to Scotland and N.Ireland may be subject to a delivery surcharge. All orders under £180 are subject to a £10 small order charge. Goods shall be delivered approximately 5-7 days from payment, if available from stock. Delivery will be to a ground floor location and heavy items may require fork lift unloading and/or assistance on site. Delivery is to a business address Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Restricted delivery areas or residential addresses may incur a surcharge.

Keys, Locks, Padlocks and replacement parts

All replacement keys, lock, padlocks and replacement parts orders may be subject to delivery charges based on quantity and location. 

Re-Delivery Charges                              

If we are unable to complete a delivery through no fault of shelvingstore.co.uk then a re-delivery charge of 10% of the net value of the goods with a minimum charge of £50 will be required per attempted re-delivery
